We specialize in biomaterials produced from renewable resources. The biomaterials have applications as eco-friendly plastic, specialized probes and advanced biocompatible materials for medical and tissue engineering applications.

Identification and characterization of microbial polyhydroxyalkanoates

Design and synthesis of absorbable biomaterials with specific physical properties

Conduct biodegradability studies in the environment

Design of controlled release system for fertilizers/pesticides

Design and produce user-friendly probes for the routine on-site monitoring of microbial activities in biological wastewater treatment systems
