Fermentation and Enzyme Technology Laboratory (FETL) offers consultancy work, which deals with:

  • Microbiological analysis of products
  • Microbial loadings
  • Quality control and assurances of industrial and food products
  • Waste water analysis
  • Isolation and identification of microorganisms
  • Contract research on fermentation and enzyme technology and applications
  • FETL also offers a series of Microbiology Workshops and 'in service-training' programme on request.
